Lori Trahan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Massachusetts' 3rd district since 2019, has shared a series of tweets reflecting her stance on current events and cultural celebrations. Trahan, who succeeded Niki Tsongas, is known for her active engagement in political discourse and community events.

On January 29, 2025, Lori Trahan expressed her views on former President Donald Trump's actions with the statement: "Donald Trump caved, but this fight is far from over. Thank you to everyone who spoke out about this reckless power grab." This tweet suggests ongoing concerns about political maneuvers perceived as aggressive or authoritarian.

On January 30, 2025, she extended festive greetings for the Lunar New Year: "Chúc mừng Năm Mới! Xin kính chúc quí vị một năm  mới an khang thịnh vượng. Happy Lunar New Year! May the new year bring you peace, joy and happiness to all who celebrate." Her message reflects cultural inclusivity and recognition of diverse traditions celebrated by many constituents.

Later that day, Trahan responded to a tragic incident involving a collision at Washington National Airport: "I’m closely monitoring the collision of a commercial airplane and a military helicopter at Washington National Airport just outside of DC. The passengers, pilots and crew of both aircrafts are in my prayers as first responders work tirelessly to locate and rescue survivors." Her tweet highlights concern for public safety and support for emergency responders during critical incidents.
