Use the link on www.LowellRecycle.org to enter a miss with our RequestTracker system
Send an email to Recycle@lowellma.gov, and include your name, address, phone number, and what was missed.
PHONE
Call Solid Waste & Recycling at (978) 674-4309, and include your name, address, phone number, and what was missed.
