Lori Trahan, a U.S. Congress member representing Massachusetts' 3rd district, has expressed her concerns over recent actions involving Donald Trump and Elon Musk through a series of tweets. Trahan, who has been serving in Congress since 2019, replaced Niki Tsongas and previously served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, she currently resides in Westford.

On February 6, 2025, Lori Trahan shared her views on Twitter about former President Donald Trump's actions regarding personal data management. The following day, on February 7, 2025, Trahan criticized a pardon issued by Donald Trump. She posted: "Donald Trump pardoned a man who was convicted to six years in prison for assaulting a police officer. He was just arrested again for soliciting sex from a child. Our communities are less safe because Trump put these criminals back onto our streets."
