On February 4, 2025, Lori Trahan expressed satisfaction with a recent casework clinic, stating: "Another successful casework clinic! I’m proud that we were able to offer one-on-one assistance to connect folks to the support, resources and organizations they need. Thank you to everyone who joined us today and helped make it happen!"
Later that day, Trahan announced the resumption of office hours aimed at assisting constituents with issues related to federal agencies. She stated: "Office hours are back!
