Lori Trahan, a U.S. Congress member representing Massachusetts' 3rd district since 2019, shared several updates and announcements on social media. These posts reflect her ongoing commitment to public service and community engagement.

On January 31, 2025, Trahan commemorated a significant milestone in American history. She stated, "Today marks the anniversary of the first Social Security check, issued to Ida May Fuller. For 85 years, this vital program has been a cornerstone of our nation’s commitment to supporting seniors and families. I’ll always fight to protect and strengthen Social Security!"

The following day, February 1, she reminded her constituents about an upcoming event: "REMINDER: My town hall in Billerica starts in 2 hours! I hope to see you at 10am at Billerica Town Hall (365 Boston Road, Billerica)!" This post was made early in the morning as she prepared for a meeting with local residents.

Later that day, Trahan addressed her constituents directly regarding federal agency issues by announcing a casework clinic: "ATTN #MA3: Are you facing an issue with a federal agency like the IRS or the VA? Then join me Monday in Lowell to get one-on-one assistance! WHAT: Lowell Casework Clinic WHEN: Monday, February 3 from 12pm - 2:30pm WHERE: Lowell Senior Center (276 Broadway Street)" This clinic aims to provide personal assistance for those dealing with challenges related to federal agencies.
