There was a single gas station in cities across Middlesex County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.39 per gallon in the week ending Feb. 15, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.

The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Middlesex County was $3.94 per gallon.

Of the 485 reported gas stations in cities within Middlesex County, 159 offer premium gas.

The $3.90 average reported price of premium gas in Massachusetts was unchanged from the previous week.

Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
