Please be advised the Water Dept. will be working on water main improvements/gate replacement in the Highlands area on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 30 and 31, 2023.
Residents on Parker Street and Highland Avenue (in the purple highlighted area on the map) have been notified they will be without water for most of the day (between the hours of 7:00AM and 3:00PM) on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Other residents throughout the Highlands area may experience a drop in water pressure and/or water discoloration.
Although the water is safe to use during this time, residents should refrain from doing laundry while water is discolored. Following this gate replacement work, residents who are experiencing discoloration should run the cold water in the bathtub or sink until the water runs clear.
