Update on Town Hall Cardboard Dumpster

The amount of “non-residential” cardboard being disposed of, as well as continued dumping of cardboard after the dumpsters are full and closed, has become unmanageable for the Town and Republic Services to handle.

We are currently working on possible options to help our residents with cardboard disposal.

As an immediate alternative, the DPW is offering a larger recycle toter option.  The DPW can swap the 65 gallon recycle toter which most residents are currently using, for a 95 gallon recycle toter.

Please contact the DPW at 781-270-1670, or dpw@burlington.org to be added to the list for a larger recycle toter.
