Wednesdays, November 2nd thru December 7th from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM
Join experienced, and energetic instructor, Nancy Webber for a unique class that emphases health and wellbeing for the body and mind by incorporating proven techniques and movements based on both traditional yoga and recommendations from the Arthritis Foundation. Nancy is experienced in tailoring the exercises and movement for all ages and abilities. Folks can be accommodated in sitting, laying, and standing positions. The cost is $48 for a 6-week class or a drop-in rate of $10 per class. Payable directly to the instructor. We need a minimum of 8 people to run this class.
