Census Bureau reports Lowell population was 111,306 in 2019

Lowell had a population of 111,306 people in 2019, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Merrimack Valley News.

The median age was 33, with 50 percent of the total population being female and 50 percent male.

The state's total population in 2019 was 6,850,553.
