On Friday, March 7, former Lexington High School standout Gabe Van Emon’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Miami Hurricanes.

The game took place at Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field. This was their first matchup against the Hurricanes this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 6 p.m. at Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field against Miami Hurricanes.
