On February 10, 2025, Trahan expressed her admiration for a prominent football team by stating: “Still the greatest dynasty in football!”

Later that day, she acknowledged Black History Month by honoring Harry “Bucky” Lew, the first Black professional basketball player. In her tweet, she highlighted his beginnings at Lowell High School and his subsequent professional career: “As we celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth, I’m honoring the life and legacy of Harry “Bucky” Lew…”

In another tweet on February 10th, Trahan announced the return of Direct File for the 2025 tax season. She encouraged people to utilize this free tool provided by the IRS before April 15th: “Great news: Direct File is back for the 2025 season! “
